What we do know the new stick has Vega 2 new amazon TVs have Vega

Common sense tells you yes they will support current OS for how long unknown

But they won't spend millions on a new OS and support the old one forever that is silly to believe

We don't know if app devs will even build new apps or even if amazon will lock down new fire stick I suppose that depends on sales.

But overall Vega will be the new OS

Only tivimate. Smarters seems okay but it kept crashing and being genuinely unstable

But with the recent exploit from XDA to halt updates you have the choice stop any further updates.
