Getting "scrambled channel" on all channels on 28.2 on my viark sat, updated to version 2.25 but still no joy.
Anybody any suggestions please?
 
China Holidays Oct 1st - Oct 8th
28 East will remain offline at least until Thursday 9th Oct 2025 .
SP2 IPTV also returns http Error message on vast majority of English UK streams , and since SP2 content is being used for their Netfly streaming app then Netfly app also remains broken too .
This same scenario also apply to GT Media Mars as well and also Starsat Receivers .

Consider as investment. Depreciate over 3 years min (should do 5 atleast) . That is around £16 a month. How much you would pay to Sly, TBT etc for full package . At least £100 p/m if you want to see all channels .

However, more cheaper options available as suggested including fixed LNb setup or IPTV.

But Satellite is only for the hobbiest and not for everyone.
 
Hello all, i noticed conversations regarding going back the previous firmware for Viart Sat 4k. Will this stop the freezing every 10 mins or so on 16e when watching the football?

It wont take long to try it.

I think most of those going back had issues with UK on the new firmware though.

Youll always get duplicates with a blind scan on a Viark well i say duplicates normally the symbol rate is 1 less.

Youll need to align the dish on 19 before scanning if you limited to the box only to try find a sat stick a channel list for 19 east on the box and use those channels to adjust alingment at the dish, youll need to see the tv.

Sorry to come back to this but I just cannot get this to work it’s so weird.

So I deleted the 19.2 off my list and re added it manually.

19.2 band ku, sat direction east.

Then manually added the tp 11758H 27500 9/10 for DE mix channel. Got a 72% on quality and I just try to scan that one sat and it picks up channel 4Hd and sky sports golf uk one.

The satellite is defo pointing at 19.2 as I moved it to 16e then moved a little when I added the new sat and tp and got a lock on quality.

Anything else I can do? Going crazy here!

Well if your watching Channel 4 and the UK Sky sports golf then i dont see how you can be on any other sat than 28e.

Back up ch list then blind scan.
You will find you are on 28e

Theres also the same transponder on 28e 11758 H 27500 2/3
