Help! Some channels dont work in Tivimate but do work in UHF

I updated and reset my Shield Pro but forgot to backup my Tivimate settings (everything was working fine) and after reinstalling everything some channels simply wont play, it tries to but just shows the spinning blue circle thing. However, every channel works just fine on my ipad with UHF so the issue isn't network related or an issue with my provider so it can only really be a software problem. I've asked my provider for help but they don't know what to suggest.

Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be?

For example Sky News FHD doesnt work but SD does work. Other FHD channels also work like BBC News.

Think thats a temp fix for recent cloudflare issues..for those providers using the basic cloudflare servers..worth a try though no harm i guess

It does seem its a settings issue of some sort on the tivimate causing it especially if they open on UHF... check with provider surley others using tivimate will have experience similar problem

Already tried. Also tried adding ‘vlc’ to user agents.
