EPG importer 0 events

Hi I am struggling with EPG importer. I am getting 0 events. I can see my provider in the list

I have tried

Removing and reinstalling epg importer
Reconnecting to a new VPN
Enabled both Rytec and my providers sources on jedimaker extreme and EPG importer and no services
I have also disabled VOD and series on my Jedi maker extreme
I checked the location of the epg and its set to hdd

Any suggestions

Which image are you using? Name, version/date please. This will give indication as to which version of EPG Importer you are using
 
There were some changes recently which apparently resolved issues. Simplest option is flash 7.51 as that will have the latest version. Whole process will take you less than 10mins.

If you don't want to do that, we can try to update the version of EPG Importer but there is likely to be a compatibility issue warning. You will have to say which receiver you have.
 
I'll download latest versions for you tonight and will upload for you.

However, your receiver has hardware multiboot, so might be an idea to try newest image in a different partition/slot. It won't affect your current image.
 
Firstly make an image backup just incase things go wrong. After that, uninstall epgimporter using the menu. Unzip the attached file and then perform following two tasks separately.

Transfer the epgimport-sources_20250712-git7+943927f0+943927fa79-r0_all.ipk to the /tmp directory and then install it by command line
Code: 
opkg install /tmp/*.ipk
Delete that ipk from tmp directory after it installs.

If there are any errors, please post back the output. The output text, not a picture please. There is a possibility this will not work.

Hi, think I”m having the same challenges since we lost our satellite dish in the last storm. We have a subscription for IPTV but can I download an epg to to stream terrestrial UK FTA TV via the internet through my Octagon box. OpenATV 7.4. We are viewing tv in France atm. Thanks.
