Real Debrid, Not Working?

Afternoon Guys, I have been using Real Debrid, on both Bee TV and Turks over past couple of months, signed up for 6 month deal, over last few days have been unable to to get it on either one?? i have read various threads, checked youtube also, no idea how to contact RD , is it “down” or finished?? I use both firestick and nvidia shield pro, both now do not get RD do i need to do something, if so what and as per usual i am knocking on in years and have to go step by step as not technically blessed!!! well, not blessed in any way!!!, i use Nord vpn, doesn’t now work whether on or off, any advice welcome, many thanks.

When you login into your RD account on their website it shows you how many days you have left on premium

Aristotle, yes, it says 156 days.

Mike123, Thanks, really sad, sorry, how do i go about doing that? do you mean delete app and installing a new one of , bee tv and UK Turks? i have done that if thats what you mean, no luck sadly.

If you select my devices on your RD account it will take to a page with your api key and you can click refresh and it will give you a new api key.
Then on the apps you use you will have to re-authorise Real Debrid by unauthorised Real Debrid on the VOD apps you are using then authorising Real Debrid.

Have clicked on REFRESH, its changed that long code to the left of it.I then re installed Bee TV and logged in to Real Debrid, where it then gives me expiry date in September, however, still nothing when i go on films/series, just the usual links in White, i guess i am missing something????, any idea what is is,, many thanks again.

I don’t use Beetv but you should be given an RD activation code to authorise RD just add the code to
Real-Debrid | Application Authorization
You can do this on your phone browser just make sure you are logged into your Real Debrid account on the browser.
 
Afternoon Guys, Well been at it now for hours once again, i actually did a factory reset in desperation to no avail, i have followed instructions to the letter, checked and double checked, still nothing? I must surely be doing something wrong, i am wondering could it possibly my internet provider BRSK? but i have been with them oiver 12 months problem free and RD always worked, so here is what i am doing,
1) re installed Bee TV from , firestickhacks.com(730116) via downloader.
2)via google, have put real-debrid/application/authorization.
3)Then says, you are currently logged in as bondylad
4)enter the code displayed.
5)on the f/s it says under R.D. logged in untill 9/4/26
Following this i go on films/series, current ones, but no sign of RD kicking in???

I have, as instructed been on RD site and logged in, clearly states, Premium user 156 days., clicked on "my devices " and clicked "refresh ", it says,, APPLICATION NAME. CHROME PLUGIN. Authorized 1/4/26, then, Last Seen 1/4/26 and adds a time, which is correct, but NOT IN RD?, so more than lost at present, somehow, no idea why i am thinking BRSK have done something?,, any information would be welcome, also you guys have mentioned other apps, i am used to BEE/HDO/FILM+ mainly, if it is worth me moving elswhere happy to do so, providing its not to techy, really appreciate any info, or should i just book myself into the "old timers care facility".

If you click refresh it will change your API key then you will have to re-authorise all the apps you use RD in all over again.
So don’t click on refresh after you have authorised the apps you use RD in.
You do have Bear player installed to use with Beetv?

Here is how my device list looks after authorisation of RD in the apps and add-ons I use.

Just installed Beetv all be it in my phone , allowed installation as says insecure, on Beetv settings selected log in to Real Debris account and entered code . Named it my phone and all good .

Have you allowed Beetv you must enable "Apps from Unknown Sources" in the Developer Options menu.


That said Could it be amazon blocking it .

Can you try Beetv an other device oh and Aristotle said you need to install bear TV too but that pops up after you hit a source

I have just installed it and logged in with RD and it worked fine after adding code to my RD device list but did need bear player for links to work.
I think OP may have clicked RD API refresh after they authorised RD so that would kill the API key in the app and would need to re authorise. That is the only thing I can think of unless ISP is blocking RD.
 
Evening, Just to say, yet again another wasted day ,no way of contacting these shiseters, even got my son to sign up for 2 weeks, he cannot get RD either?? he lives with us, so using all the same stuff, literally have tried everything, i am convinced somewhere along the line its BRSK, no reason, just feel its them stopping my access.

Have you tried enabling a VPN to see if that gives you access?
Also in RD account settings what protocol do you have set as IPv6 enabled with IPv4 can cause issues for some
You try installing an app on your phone and trying to use RD on mobile data or trying your device at a family member of friends home network to rule if it is your ISP blocking but a VPN should stop them blocking RD streams.

I will attempt to install an app on my phone and do as you have instructed, will get back and let you know, once again, appreciate all advice given.
Just an update, i phoned my pal and asked him to log on to RD with my details, outcome was exactly the same, don’t know if this was a good idea or not though, he then signed out.
