a good 1.1m setup installed carefully for bein should get you the signal a 1.5m would be the very best option but I’m having no issues on a 1.1M in the midlands as long as the weather isn’t to rough.

With the dish at 8w you need to scan in the 8w Bein frequecies with the Combo in the 7w menu without the box going to 7w.

Not always possible if your dish is high up but i did this by parking dish at 8w disconnecting the motor and then cable going directly to LNB then scanning 8w frequencies on the 7 west position in the menu of the Combo.

I guess you could also use diseqc 1.2 and inch the dish while at 7w menu to 8w and scan.

Bored and was trying this out , dish parked at 8w using pulse 4k, then in the GT media installation menu box at 7w blind scanned but not picked any of the bein channels. Would channels list off some one else work .

So you're using your pulse box to move your dish and slaving the GT media box? Can you tune in the Bein channels on the pulse?
 
Also, does anyone know what the barrel size is for the Viark Sat 4K's power adapter please?

I want to buy a UK plug version online instead of using EU to UK adapter.

Does CS Protocol on V8 UHD show expire date because mime doesn't show anything.
Is it ok ??
