Do you have a CCcam.cfg with the server address?
If you have put it on the root of your usb drive in import it in the cs protocol menu and turn it ON. Date should then be viewable .
If you don't have one , just create a. cfg file in notepad but you'll need the address from your supplier if you haven't backed up.
Should always back up this , channel list etc prior to fw update

Last time I updated my box I didn't have to import ccfam file.

Sometimes a firmware update removes the CCcam.cfg other times it does not. Safer to always back this up.

Speak to your supplier.

and other thing , j have new viark 4k and my subscripion is for 3 years

startnig from february

can j buy a VIP package for my viark ??

if yes , then my 3 years sub goes off ??

You cannot extract the cccam sub and use it on a different box as its locked to the serial code for the existing one.
 
I currently have a DRS2 box I've only got a few months sub left on it and it's seems a bit obsolete now and at the moment I'm in Spain and thinking of purchasing a viark sat 4K box with the view to upgrading my dish to a bigger size and motor which has a bit of play in it so I can get the bein channels but does that involve completely wasting the sub that comes with the box and having to pay again for a VIP sub or should I be looking to get a different box completely.

It comes with SP you need VIP.

VIP opens exactly the same as SP plus IT and Bein.

So the sub that comes included is SP for 3 years i think they may change it at some point on new stock to VIP but thats a guess.
 
Thanks for the reply ferret might pay me to get the dish upgrade and motor sorted first then check I can get the bein signal with the hope the boxes start coming with the VIP from new if they don't just have to take it on the chin and sub again.

Sounds like a decent plan that mate.
 
Evidently it's been a further six months so you can't have been to bother to solve it with the answers given.
Buy a sub and update to latest fw. Job done
