Cannot connect Zgemma H9S after changing ISP

I very recently moved from Virgin broadband to EE Full Fiber 900. Now I cannot get my Zgemma H9s to work correctly. The wifi connects to the network, but it is incredibly slow. I have checked the Zgemma Network settings and the EE hub settings, I have tried every combination imaginable, but I cannoy get this Zgemma to connect correctly. Has anyone else had experience in dealing with this issue when changing ISPs?

What speed wifi do you get on your phone or laptops etc?
Can't you connect the zgemma via ethernet cable?
