Don't waste your money put it towards a genuine android stick without all that bloated crap and some thing you can use a USB stick to load apps.

Amazon has clearly indicated that they don't want Fire Sticks used for IPTV. Even if it works now, there is no guarantee they won't nuke it with an update. I wouldn't bother with Amazon. There are plenty of alternatives.
