Hi guys still was using PT 28/11/26 file on my box (sly Italia was working now not ) due to some people here saying not to upgrade because they had problems with with 25/06/26 , just seen ferret new file dated 26/06/26 wil do upgrade I believe it's recommended to factory reset what's the procedure factory reset before downloading then after download new file , then channel settings ? Then key file ? Thanks for who ever replies 👍
 
yes factory reset first then flash the new 26 06 file let the box reboot completely after that restore your channel list if you have a backup then load your key file and reboot one more time that should be the cleanest upgrade and avoid most issues
 
Make sure you have your CCcam.cfg, if not back it up first
Back up your channel list
Factory reset
Flash Latest firmware
Factory reset again
Install your backed up channel list
Setup Usuals
Key file if you want
 
Sorry guys when doing factory reset before updating, as been recommended is that found in the installation menu with the title (factory default ? ) thanks again 👍

Thanks again 👍 sorry for being thick mate , but where do I find factory reset menu , can only can find/ see (factory default,) option in installation menu , I am assuming it's that ? Rather confirm before totally wiping box 👍
