Buzz TV B5 wifi

I have recently changed ISP providers and now my buzz tv b5 cannot connect to the WiFi. It finds it, trys connecting then says it cannot find. My router is set to WPA2 personal. Any ideas or help will be appreciated otherwise it will be a case of buying some homeplugs

I've spoken to the buzz tv guys and they say that it is a setting on the router as I can use my phone as a Houston and that connects. I have a linksy router with city fibre

Power off the router for a few minutes then reboot it.
You may have to do this a few times.
Also only power on the Buzz once the router has fully restarted.
Can you connect to the WiFi with your phone and other devices?

I've only had city fiber since Wednesday. Everything else has connected apart from the buzz box. It finds the wife trys to connect and then says it cannot be found

Delete the toob connection in your WiFi list.
Power off the buzz.
Reboot the router and let it fully restart.
Then power on the buzz and search for networks.
Try the WiFi again

Just tried this and still no joy. I'm thinking it must be a setting on the buzz box as everything is else is connected to the WiFi with no issues
