Starview 7 upload

My name is John,
The Kids conned me into buying a new starview 7 box but when I try to update it with the groveRider or carling software nothing happens,I can see the files on the USB screen but it noworkey, any tips would be most welcome[/COLOR]

Make sure they are not winrar files. If yes before putting them on your USB drive extract them using THIS.

Once done then move it to the USB pen drive after formatting it, and install.

Good luck, let us know how you get on.

Hi Guys thanks for the support I have unzipped the files and yes I have tried FAT 16 and FAT 32,
I have been sent two updates to try and I thank the senders for that,
I will try them after I have made the dinner and done the dishes and walked the dog and washed up and told the Kids to turn that noise down,
Regards
Grumpy old John

Tried both files noworkey. on starview 7 USB setting it has a sort button when I request sort S/W upgrade all the files go, so it must have something to do with the file format or it would see the files the format's are .uad = universal audio and _api = application programming interface,
or am I trying too hard and missing the obvious?
regards
John
