Are you sure that the serial number is correct? I ask this because I got the same code, also, it does start with m and not v? just re-type it in case there was any mistake first time round.

code given is correct for serial given
if serial is correct then your radio has been recoded and the only way to get code is by reading EEPROM dump but this is a specialists job
