Skybox F3 - noch message on box

hi all
i have just brought a f3 box
when i turn on the box it boots up and says noch on the front
there nothing on the tv screen and the remote wont acsess the menu
plesae can anyone help

Afaik no ch means no channel list on the box.

You`ll need to load a channel list onto the box.

When you say that there is nothing on the TV, do you mean that it's completely blank?

Have you tried the composite output as well as HDMI?
