i got a the Zgemma-Star H1 box with 12 months ago with gift
the 12 months gift is runout
so im test to up load a test line on it but im get this

i unrar it put on my usepen fat32

i but the files folder on the stick should say Zgemma but there 2files

so the path look like this usbpen

is that right
or do av to open all the files just in here

and just put in the back and wait tiil it said usb the i press the power button
 
Before you flash it, have you tried logging in with telnet?

you need to install the telnet on Windows Vista & 7 (programmes and features - Telnet Client)

try from a command prompt (Start > Run > type cmd and the ok / enter )

Type telnet [ip address of box]

root

see if you can get in, and change the password with the command passwd
 
I think you need to know the password before you can change it

Fusion place the zgemma folder only on usb not the openatv zipfile that's to flash via image backups but you need to ftp it to media/ hdd
 
It was just a suggestion to try, for example trying root / no password or root / root may yield a positive result. before having to reset and start from scratch. Or if the OP has changed the password to try a few that it could be.
 
Have you configured tuner b for cable and input your net id then in autobouqete marker providers enable virgin and used your netid. It's all in the guide on post 4
 
i forgot about the
weak signal here so i got to take the spliteroff so its direct connection

i done up and ruing again thanks a lot dsayers2014 for ya help
 
No twin tunner just for cable you can add a usb tunner for£29.99 from the zgemma website tho mate it works a treat.
