Not condescending at all, always nice to get praise, thank you.

A 512gb stick could be fake unless you have paid a decent amount of money for it and also not from ebay. It will be something like a 4gb stick modified to try and store more data.... results are horrible and not worth the hassle.

When it arrives (whatever you use in the end) plug it into the front USB port and initialise it from there using step 2. Once done, Deep standby the box, put the new USB in the rear port and then turn the box back on. This will create the folder needed. You can then create the swap file as per step 3.

Check your CrossEPG store location (step 5??)
And do picons if you had them. You may have to remove the old ones from the remove plugins list. Instructions are linked to in the first post too.

Sorry catching up as away from home.

Or you can do as previously suggested and start from scratch. It takes me about 5 minutes to start from scratch and that is due to the time it takes to download and flash it's self. I have done it a couple of times now though so got quite good at it.

Saying that, it just goes to show I use my own build and am confident it works, when I break it I just flash it again and from online as I am now to lazy to put the stick in the box and restart it to flash. Well, that's why I made it like I have so it is easy for everyone to re-flash or upgrade :-)

Hi Guys, I've got it installed all up and running fine but over night my cline stops running I have to go and manually restart? any ideas?

I've looked in Softcam-Panel Setup menu but can only find "start mode" which is set to Python Camstarter ( default )

Is there another menu I should be looking in?

ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! please be easy on me, this I'm losing my zgemma virginity here haha. Right, I am going to go and buy a 2nd usb pen this morning and use it solely for flashing the box. can I still use my original usb stick for recording? is there any way possible I can reset the zgemma 2s box back to the origina state that I bought it and start fresh?
 
Bought a bigger hard drive. Is there anyway to change the current one to new one without having to reflash from start?

Right so i'm having the same bother as everyone else where the irish channels don't show up properly etc.

When using Northern ireland as AB2 selection rte etc are in 161 and 162 but TV2 doesn't have a channel number at all it's only found by using the search function and then i can move it because I don't know the channel number.

Wouldn't mind a handy way to sort all these in same way as it should be for sky ireland because I have a heap of people with these boxes and although this is the first person asking about tv3 it woudl be better if I had an answer and a simple fix!

this guide and software will work on the Zgemma H.2S Satellite Receiver Twin Tuner won't it? don't want to brake a new box.

As others have said - it is best to steer well clear of fleabay when buying sticks or memory cards

- far too many fakes about - i know i've been a victim - go to memory manufacturer's sites - they will tell you where to buy genuine ones from - far far safer
they will also show you how to recognise "fakes"

it says the software image is out of date

Yep, turns out it was dodgy as........

Lesson learned, refund promised, new pukka 64GB stick received from my Son.

What's the app everyone is using on the iptv player for the films?
Struggling for links on cartoon hd and yify is hit and miss
