For anyone who has upgraded to newest version of slyk1hd with the new 3rd programme on the infobar, but still want the tuner status and snr values, then this mod is for you, whether you require the ecm values or not.

In order to see the values, youll need to press the ok/select button twice

Just download my final batch of files from this link and install them all to slyk-1-hd folder.

Then restart GUI

Then restart your gui.

gman have you edited this to show when 'menu' is pressed opposed to 'epg' ; or is 'epg' still pressed, but loads the options as you would see on the 'menu' screen? thanks

Yeah its now been edited so that it shows when you press menu or epg, and you see the respective menu items in accordance to the button that you pressed on your remote. And it also changes the label for top left corner depending on the menu youre in.

Does anyone know what issues would cause installing wget? ive edited the updateproviders.sh to download provider files so we can have sat.xml files downloaded every day and a separate script for my custom.xml. I don't want to be releasing it incase it causes issues on other boxes

Does this change the top left image upon menu or still not or only avail for openpli?

What does your mod do exactly? Sounds interesting.. i don't know what sat.xml files do..

Dsayer i dont think the full wget will cause any problems as all the original commands from enigma2 wget are still in it. Just try a few file transfer options like. Save settings. Make image backup. Software update. Etc. I haven't had chance to fully test my box yet. I am still writing my 1000 line bash script. Ha

And this is pretty much what my script is going to do.
Every 24 hours scrape for images.
Every hour change the images
Each box will be random pulling in either cinema, living, atlantic or one. This will also bring in the correct picon overlay
The portrait box will either bring in a cinema or latest dvd (i.e store)

Sat.xml files are used in autobouqetemarker ie sat_282_sky_uk.xml at the moment we have the update config files option in autobouqete marker the script I have was used before the option was made to have it in abm but they couldn't get it running via scriptrunner.

I also have a plugin that swaps the sky hd channels with virgin hd channels so we only need one set of bouquets but haven't been able to work out how to add a timers option so ive done a script for that aswell

Just looked at the coding in mymods.xml and its definitely there for the blue background (backgroundColor="skylightrow") and the other thing u mentioned about positioning out of place is not visible on my screen.

Have u set ur tv scaling to pan/scan or something? As ive got both 16:9 and 4:3 set to just scale and works perfectly.

for those still using toppicks.py python script / cron timer for auto-download - I am still updating the images as often as I can - they've just been updated now and new images will appear by running the script or the next time your cron timer runs
