I have a amiko a3 in the living room, they are very buggy from time to time and depends on what firmware you have on it too with depending on what stuff is going wrong with it.
I have the last known firmware installed on it which is 2.0.78 which gives the sky style epg but I notice from time to time if I shift from channel to channel too quickly or attempt to use the box too quickly after booting up then I get the problems described above in this topic or if its been running a while and I zap between different favorites quickly it can say all channels are scrambled and say no signal to any channel fta or premium, while this is going on I notice sometimes it says no internet either so whenever this bug is happening it is stopping the box from getting a signal somehow. What I usually do to remedy this assuming your box is going into a full shut down is to remove the mains power at the wall and leave it off for a few seconds then reboot it back, normally sorts it out.
If the box is also set to boot up quickly rather than a deep standby I'd also remove that setting as it causes the error to persist as the box is not getting a proper shutdown and it remembers whatever error you had when you quickstart it again, if you ask me in my own experience quickstart is what causes alot of the problems with that box, it causes a bunch of bugs that are not mentioned in this thread like the menus going all black or the screen going all crazy, just disable it , remote problems? press the button in the back of the battery compartment to resync it back to the box.
Someone mentioned spark not working, I find from time to time it dont work and may go offline for a long time but checked recently on mine and spark app store is working again so no idea on that one as dont use it that often, the browser on the box is very buggy too so regularly empty all data on it and empty cache and it runs lightning fast too when you do that.
