no dont have a clue
only going buy a youtube video
was on the download image bit from dropbox via the youtube link
and think ive downloaded malware in the process??

Clearly he's having issues so do you really want him to guide you?

Have a look around the threads if you need help start a new thread because discussing basic setup here will confuse things.

I already have those channel names on the boxes and working without doing anything. The daily scan sorted it out at some point, no idea when.

If you are not seeing these channels:

Check you have the correct region and country setup in WB Config - If these are not set correctly, correct them and do a channel scan using he yellow button.

If it didn't work, delete all the bouquets and scan again. A few ways to delete the bouquets... TV button -> menu -> remove entry -> OK button. This takes about 30 seconds to do, or you can go into the dream explorer plugin and navigate to /etc/enigma2 and delete all the .tv files. deleted the wrong thing by accident and your box won't boot, or you can do it via ftp or computer network.

Whatever method you have used, restart your box and then do a rescan.
 
Thanks for the help, @wooshman,when i press TV button -> menu -> i get a list and remove entry is number3 if i then press OK what does it remove? or if i use the other method so long as i only delete .tv files i should be ok?
 
I don't know what OpenATV is to be honest, when i press TV button -> menu -> I get Channel List Menu tab and the options are

Settings
add bouquet
rename entry
remove entry
enable move mode
reload services.

I'm a bit wary of selecting remove entry as it doesn't show me what im about to remove.
 
Hi wooshman i followed your instructions but now i have no bouquets at all i have is last scanned and favourites. any ideas?

What are you scanning with?
What box are you running and running what on it?
Are you using AutoBouquets (AB E2) or AutoBouquetsMaker (ABM)

I have a Zgemma H.2S it has Wooshbuil v5.003, plugins are
WB Config
USB Cam importer
AutoBouquets E2 for 28.2E
CrossEPGDownloader
Dream-Explorer
IPTV Player
Media player
movie organiser
openwebtf
Picture player

All region setting are correct for my area.

i followed your instruction and removed all bouquets using the TV button -> menu -> method,
I have done a full scan from the service searching section, have Run AB E2 from within wbconfig and run a scan in AutoBouquets E2 for 28.2E by pressing the grenn button(start) and also run CrossEPGDownloader,
None of this put any bouquets back in the epg. In the end i restored the old bouquets back and am back to square one.
 
Maybe reflash a clean version of wooshbuild with no settings restore so basically start from scratch something has gone wrong

As i said i didn't flash the box in the first place i got it already done, i have been talking to the seller who has tried to help, also i have a friend who purchased from the same seller and he has the same issue as i do, all setting seem correct and apart from the issue Ive been talking about the box works perfectly. I wouldn't have noticed a thing if it wasn't for the introduction of a new channel.
 
So save your line this should be in usr/keys either newcamd.list or CCcsm.cfg and reflash wooshbuild yourself.

The fact that your friend is having the same issue is to do with the reseller he has restored settings somewhere that's causing this a new flash should sort it out.

Does point to reseller settings somewhere. A clean reflash really is simple and also helps to learn a little bit more about our equipment. The line is the most important bit really otherwise it really does everything for you. If you can get your ccamm file on usb it's even easier. Good luck and go for it lol.
