Hi
I have installed a script from the same supplier as myself this afternoon. As I showed him the ins and outs of it I showed him the live tv section. As we scrolled down I saw the Everton Savilla game and to my surprise a perfect picture came in. After explaining a few more things I rushed home to watch the second half of the game. Imagine my surprise (and disapotntment) that the game was not listed.
The epg and subscription are both from the same source yet one had the Everton game and the other (mine) didn't. How can this happen?

Depends if the channel that you had on your friends box was only added recently, and you hadn't received an updated channel list...
 
I downloaded the epg straight away thinking mine hasn't updated but still the same listing (without the game)

Yes, that's the trouble. I know lots of resellers who have no clue how to use iptv, or even how to use the panel to create lines correctly... And then because they don't know anything, they offer no support!!! Would be good if iptv companies kicked these resellers, but they don't care as they're getting their money from the resellers...

And was the channel your friend had available in your bouquets list? As my guess is that the epg for the new channel was imported, but because you didn't update the channel list, the epg couldn't do anything... Hence why you didn't get the channelll
 
Maybe a silly question but what device do you have? On my h2s I have to restart the gui for the new live listing to show

I am now officially confused.
How do I update the channel list? Does epgimporter not do that?
I have a feeling that I am being a bit dense here.
My seller does not give support but cannot fault the channels he provides.

By the way he mentioned epgimporter, it's gotta be an e2 box. Which is why I was saying the channels listing wasn't updated... Either a reboot is required, or a manual run of the cron job...

Your seller is one of the scum then that makes everyone look bad... lol

Just done that and there was the game listed.
Thank you for your help. I will make sure the box is restarted once a day (normally it is left on all the time)

We all have to learn these things. Caught me out when changed from CS to iptv as never needed to do it. Glad it's sorted now

You should be able to have the epg update automatic from the importer.

Go into epg importer in ur plug in section and then look at the drop down menu. It should say automatic import epg. This needs to be enabled. Automatic start time - set a time for it to load.
 
My supplier messing me about .
Not even answer quiqly.i think all of u want to buy IPTV hint get from even forum recommendation.this guy was recommended but I have no channels working.please stay away from con people.
I am sure there will be some trusted
