LG iptv help

hope someone can help, I have had a zgemma hs2 box but now sly has gone I'm just using it for streaming films. Now I want sly on my lg smart TVs so installed the iptv app on the TVs but now when I try to open it the screen goes white and locks up I need to switch on/off to get back to TV, any one she'd any light?

I would try deleting the app then re installing it again.

The app might not have installed properly or it may not be compatible with your tv

I have smertiptv on my lg tv with no problems
