Hi,does anyone know how to get lost channels back on my zgemma loaded with iptv?

If you are talking IPTV subscription, tell us more of what you’ve done to lose the channels.

If you’re talking IPTV player plugin, then you need an IPTV subscription.

Hi, i’ve got iptv subscription till July 2018 and can’t contact my provider. I know you can get them back via menu plugins etc but can’t get the sequence right.

How did you put the sub onto your box?

It was sent to me already loaded on to my box no usb used.

It’s difficult to advise if we don’t know what type of IPTV subscription you have! Script, xtremetv plugin, Xtream editor, etc

I think you may have misunderstood me. We need a pic of the actual screen that you select your desired channel to watch from.

Can you try to get the whole TV screen in the photo rather than just part of it.

Thats not the plugin menu m8. Press menu then press plugins and take a screenshot of the list of installed plugins.

Before you press Menu, make sure you're on the main TV screen (no EPG or other menus open).

Pressing menu while watching tv should take you to this screen bear in mind your skin is different to mine scroll down to plugins and press enter and you should end up here screenshot this

What do you mean by "press plugins"? Is Plugins an option on the menu?
