hi all
I have had my box a few weeks now and it’s been working great on the Ethernet cable but for some reason today it’s not working. I have tried restarting my boxes but still nothing
Does anyone know what could be wrong

Try restart modem and restart box. Go on box and turn wifi off and click on Ethernet connection

WiFi working fine
I have even just tried a factory reset on the box and it’s still not working .
Can’t understand it as it’s been working great for the last few weeks
 
Have you re set your router and the box at the same time.

It could be the router that has dropped out but still allows connection through WiFi.

Happens from time to time on most boxes.
 
Hi mate just tried that still no joy.
Am guessing the box is faulty and needs returning , question is what type off box shall I get next lol
 
Take the box to a friends house and try it there. If it's still the same,then like si111 said,must be faulty Ethernet port on box
 
I have just pluged My laptop into the same cable and it’s working fine. Am wondering if I should try flashing it with new software from somewhere
 
Yes I tried that and even tho it says am connected it’s not connecting me To anything on the box unless I use WiFi connection
