IPTV app for a LG Smart Tv

Hi Guys,

Does anybody know if you can put a IPTV app onto a Lg tv. I have been looking on the app store but cannae find anything. Any feed back would be great. Cheers

Works really well.When you are sent the m3u file,make sure it has m3u_plus and not just m3u in order to sort the list into categories.If not its simple to edit it in notepad.
Example:http://xxxx.xxx.net:1234/get.php?username=xxxxxx&password=xxxxxxx&type=m3u_plus&output=ts

Alternatively use smart-stb that's a little more expensive but gives you the Mag look. Also Catchup,epg and ondemand if your provider supports these.

i have a iptv sub on my z gemma box but it seems to be not rebooting right keeps coming up with no transponder when trying my channels. would i be able to use the same iptv provider with the smart iptv on my LG or would i need a new sub?

Contact your provider and give him the new MAC address of the TV.

Good luck with them on that. They should just swap it but a lot of resellers can't because they don't have full panel access.
