Android box issue

Hi

I have an issue when I try watching 3pm games on my android box using perfect Player and with pia vpn server with a low ping rate, I get the red circle. I've tried on Samsung phone my using perfect Player and the same vpn server and it's works fine. The only difference seems to be that I'm using WiFi for my phone and ethernet for the box. All the other channels AND VOD work fine on the box

Any one have any ideas what the issue could be?

Is the phone and android box using the same line or different lines from same provider?
