Terrible IPTV performace yesterday for match!

As title say my IPTV performance was unwatchable yesterday on all sports channels for the duration of the Man Utd Vs Liverpool match.

I was pretty confident after investing in a new Formulae F1 receiver.

All Friday night and Saturday morning IPTV performance very stable. Approaching kick off it started to deteriorate, to a point where the freezing made it unwatchable.

I have previously been viewing through Smart IPTV and a zgemma 2s, I thought a box upgrade might solve / improve issues.

Is this to be expected for events where the viewing numbers are expected to be high? (it was pretty awful for the groves boxing lately too)

There are a few things that can be responsible. It could be your provider. It could be your internet being throttled. It could be soft isp blocks. Try a different provider during a football match and also make sure that your soft isp blocks are disabled (web safe / sky shield etc)

the provider im with as a dedicated server for footy. they tell us all to jump onto it as match approaches. was bang on yesterday for the match using tsn1 for the footy. i would try another provider
 
They probably told you that so that the servers take the hit which your provider can monitor and then they can try and get it load balanced. If tsn1 was good for you, its probably your provider struggling with the load on certain channels.

Sounds the most likely answer.
I would look into another provider and see about trialling it

One of my biggest frustrations about this site is there is no feedback section for IPTV suppliers. (for obvious reasons)

So whoever you go with is a gamble. I suppose you just gotta get lucky, 24hr tests just aint long enough to guage it.

I agree with you mate about that.
People say don’t go with Facebook sellers etc but I’ve found that it’s better on there as people can feedback as well as share with others.
I also have recently started using eba¥

Mine was perfect, running on an F1 box also. Please don't ask for supplier details, this will be ignored. Yes, it's frustrating but the answer is trials......lots of them......god knows how many I went through but you get there in the end.

It’s gonna be provider, obviously can’t handle the extra load of a popular event. Mine was the same and always is during big sports events. I got so fed up that half time I went back to my old provider who doesn’t offer as many channels Like 3pm ko or catch up and it’s more expensive but the streams are far more stable. Not a single freeze during 2nd half. Mine was recommended by a TK vet also, very disappointed with it.

Anyone know what i can do with iptv on mag box vide and voice not syncing at same time any help appreciated

Mine was great watched on h2s box,ive got virmin 250meg fibre optic faultless,pay for the best connection possibe if that dont resolve it,its your line provider
