I’m running a Zgemma i55 with a script / bouquet from my IPTV provider.

I’ve noticed since reflashing my box that new channels have appeared that weren’t there before.

Same provider, do channels not auto appear when using a script?

Depends if your using an auto update method or not.
If not, then you'll probably need to set up an cron which will auto update your script
