Sky/Virgin Deals

Hi

Apologies if this is in the wrong section, I wasn't sure where to post it.....

Does anyone have any codes or deals for Sky/Virgin, rather than the standard deals on their websites. I know sometimes you can get refer a friend deals or employee discounts etc.

Looking to sign up with one of them, but trying to get the best deal. TV/Broadband/Phone.

Thanks

LMFAO, I thought u had the DREAM setup now buddy with your new all singing and dancing supplier you got that fixed all your issues that was not connected to your Tinternet and Network in your House along with your Hardware that you have got..????

A reasonable deal from Sky or Virgin for TV? Your having a laugh!!

I know Sky employees get it free but even they can't get you a discount. I know someone who is a developer at NowTV. He gets free Sky and says theres no discount codes etc.

You have no chance with Sky.

Virgin will probably do you a decent deal if you switch to them for broadband too.

I was all setup, it still does work fine thanks for asking, but the wife and kids want Sky, so they can have Sky to use for themselves. Plus, I did get a decent deal from Sky, which when you work out the cost of my broadband, phone and mobile sim, Sky is costing me £7 a month......dont need Movies, get them for free via Terrarium, plus cheap IPTV for football....all together it's still costing me less than the average IPTV monthly subscription.

Before all the questions start, here we go.

Broadband/Phone/Mobile Sim/Sky Entertainment/Kids/HD - £45 a month.........which when you breakdown what I was paying for phone/broadband/mobile sim previously, Sky TV is costing me £7 a month.

IPTV supplier £40 a year, £3.33 a month, which will give me Sports.....plus all other channels which I will use in the spare room occasionally. Movies I then get for free via Terrarium.

So, for all Sky channels it's costing me £10.33 a month.......cheaper than £15 a month for IPTV that constantly plays up.

No brainer!!

Providing the IPTV provider has backup channels for sport then that means you get everything for a decent price.

As a apparently loyal customer to
Talk Talk I pay £20.00 month
75mb down
23 up.
Decent iptv provider for sport.
Then taking into account 90% of tv watched is freeview. I get exactly what I pay for.
New Sammy s9 free with work.

Yes, it has multiple backups, so I'm more than covered.

The only issue with the deal you have is the internet package but aslong as you dont download mass amounts of data daily like I do then its fine for your needs.

Internet is fine, unlimited usage, same speeds that I used to get with BT, so i'm no worse off.

Virgin were £10 a month more and they would give me 200mb internet, but I have no use for that. Standard fibre works fine.

I'm with VM for phone and 20mb BB - £26/month - not available unless they offer it to you
line for VM channels via H2h - ~ £3/month

they haven't stopped, you're still posting :)

Funny.....not!! I meant the smart arse comments about how I had a dream supplier and how it was clearly the fault of my internet and my hardware, point proven, I was right all along, it wasn't my internet or my hardware it was just poor suppliers. Yeah I have Sky coming back, but that's for the wife and kids, quiet life. They don't like IPTV, that's their choice.

I'm still going to use my supplier for £40 a year and the exact same hardware.

@dt99 i thought it was providers mate... i bought a android box and its rock steady... no blips no nothing. apprantly the zgemma doesn't like the new thing implemented into the servers for security causing the zgemma to play up. loads of people on the server im on moaning about zzgemmas and he is telling people to shy away from them now as there a bit shite. android box £25 and its awesome pisses on my zgemma h2s.

also they all come back saying its 100% with the android box and alot of them are making the zgemmas redundant
