Wooshbuild Vu+ Duo (not Duo2) stuck on installing plugins

If you want to kill the box 8lb sledge will destruct it.
For fixing it " Why the need for a swapfile?
A swapfile provides a temporary storage area commonly called a cache. This can be seen as a form of extended memory where the system can process 'live' data. This feature can be useful for low memory boxes such as, the Vu+ Solo or Duo.

So if one has lots of processes or plugins installed the system may be overloaded at times & having a swapfile can help.

Direct Image Creation
Creating a swapfile on some images is just a simple case of finding the option to dos so via the menu system. For example on ViX it can be found via:

Menu - Setup - ViX - Swap Manager
Blue (Create) - Green (Activate) - Yellow (Autostart - recommended).

A full restart of the receiver is required for the Swapfile to become active.
I think cachefush is from the plugins feed.

At the beginning of the build it did create a cache file mate.

It appears that ive got the build up and running but there were loads of warnings again so i just want to install the plugins required that the initial build didn't install.

Any advice on which i need?

Sorry mate im on the wooshbuild app, trying to limp through it and get it all working.

I tried to do a reboot and it started the setup wizard again.

if you only have a few bits and pieces showing, infinity hasn't installed
reflash and try again
or try grogbuild freerange

I have created some new life for this box
I removed the cover and installed a 120GB SSD £20 from 7 day$hop at the time. The mounting bracket is perfect for screwing the 2.5"drive in the middle using some internal pc case screws, I also used 16GB USB stick
Install openvix 5.1 dont worry about full set up just enough to get internet and install the plugins
install openmultiboot plugin
run openmultiboot to create hard drive folders
copy latest openATV zip file to openmultiboot install folder via FTP (i'm using 6.3) rename to something short ie ATV6.3.zip
run openmultiboot again, select install (I installed onto the SSD, the USB may have been a better option not tried)
once installed select openatv as the next boot option and reboot, (there will be a menu on the screen every reboot to select the image but it will default to whatever you select at this point).
Once rebooted follow the wooshbuild setup options
Once wooshbuild has installed create movie and timeshift folders on usb,
Set locations in menu setup recordings and timshift to usb folders just created
set epg location to media/usb
create swapfile, I just created 256MB one the 2048mb was taking tooooo long :-)
the box was now ready to setup tv and should have around 100GBflash memory

It may have been a better option to install on the USB and then use the SSD for EPG, swapfile, timehshift & movie storage who knows:ROFLMAO:
