IPTV not showing in Bouquets

Newbie
any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was previously running an old version of VIX (2.3.4 I think) which was no longer supporting any plugins).
I have a zgemma h2s running vir*in and had my iptv sub running alongside it which showed in bouquets and the epg was working fine.

Since I updated to openatv 6.2, I’ve tried a couple of builds but can’t for the life of me work out how to get my iptv to show in bouquets.
My supplier is showing in the SULS plugin, but when I go to create bouquets, it does nothing.

I’ve used putty to send my long code I was given from my supplier and all details (epg url, m3u url) show in my suppliers details within the suls plugin.

Am I missing something basic or will I have to go back to VIX?

Thanks for taking the time to read.

Your epg url goes into suls mate where it says epg url and your iptv url goes into m3u url do you know what type of m3u you have as I had the same problem and had to tinker with the url to get it to load in suls mate

When I go to my providers generator site, I can get 3 scripts.

IPTV script
Picon script
Service app script

On VIX I only had yo putty over the iptv script.

What sevice type's are you using? Menu, plugins, iptv bouquet maker, providers TV stream type's if 5002 install serviceapp or change to 1

Am I allowed to upload pictures from iPhone?
The bouquets have loaded but all channels are saying N/A and no channels playing
