HI all having trouble with the stb emultor on android keep following the you tube vids, trying to get a free 24 hr portal to work no luck anyone please

i have been given a test line from waldo, its saying incorrect portal url

Then that's down to provider mate nothing to do with what you've done mate looks like he dosnt know what portal is what mate you are putting in portal settings first portal what will say http://stalker

don't know how providers can give wrong portal surely they know which portal is for smarters or stb emu

It should be fairly simple give your provider the mac address of your device enter the url supplied. Then restart spp

Did you make sure the mac address is the same as your device in the app

The mac address i sent to people was the one in STB emulator is that correct

My version of Stb Emu pro wouldn't connect a while back. Hadn't changed my server
or anything, it just stopped working.

Turned out I needed a newer version of the app.

You could try Digital STB from google playstore, it works exactly the same way, you can't
tell the difference.

Any ideas how to get the EPG back on STB Emu? Tried reloading the portal and still nothing
