problem with No ECM in cam info

anyone help i had all working untill yesterday put new wooshbuild on went through set up seems fine but im only getting std channels 1 2 3 4 and 5 shows line is in but in softcam panel it just say no ECM info got to be something crazy but im stuck and could do with some help mant thanks

Have you added your line back into the box?
which softcam are you trying to use?
is it satellite or cable?

Hi its cable yes lines added back shows they are loaded but when i try and restart cams i get no NO ECM INFO in box where info should go

if the line begins with CWS it goes in newcamd.list, this file is in usr/keys folder
the chances are you've put it in etc folder or into the wrong file, did you use filezilla to upload the line? - don't post line details here

yes used filazilla will double check but 100 percent its in newcamd.list

if the line is still live (not expired) and it begins with CWS = and it's in newcamd.list AND it's in usr/keys folder, alongside mg_cfg file, then this is all correct...which points to something else, have you done a network test:
menu>setup>system>network>device setup>network test - you want all green ticks
check the VM cable is in the correct socket and the cables and splitters are all connected ok

in filezilla, navigate to usr/keys folder
right click empty space in there and click 'create new file' name it newcamd.list - exactly that, no other letters or dots, click ok, then right click that newcamd.list and click view/edit, choose notepad, paste the CWS line in and close it, click ok to upload back to server
restart softcam
watch telly
