Can't get regional BBC1, BBC2 etc

Mine on net id 0004 takes ages to clear and htv does not come in at all or if it does it only last a few seconds and goes off again

Odd. My ITV is fine. Same net iD too.

I get ITV/ c4 / c5 just cannot get any BBC channels on 0004.
