Stuck on boot after reflash

Hi All
My Zgemma is being awkward. I have flashed ir twice with OpenAtv 6.3 and added my own IPKs , IPTV etc, and after a couple of days it freezes over night and won't boot the next day. It's done it twice now, I'm going to try and flash with 6.4, any ideas anyone

More information required.
What skin is being used?
- use a lo-res skin or openatv default skin.
Is it set to update via epg importer or autobouquetmaker overnight?- disable these and try again.
Is a usb or hdd in use? - disconnect these and try again

Uses epg importer to update epg
250g Ssd which I have taken out today to see if I can rule that out. I still didnt boot without the ssd

What box are you using? Some of the old ones are struggling now with the latest updates. I have an old H2S & it appears you have to keep things to a minimum & I think the experts would advise not using them for IPTV now.

Yeah. Thats why I sue my own builld and not the bloated ones like Wooshbuild.
 
Well all is good this morning (Without the SSD but on 6.4), so I've reformatted the SSD drive and will initialise it and etc, we'll see what happens in the morning tomorrow
 
Well it was frozen again this morning. So i Unplugged the ssd and turned it on and it worked. Looks like I'm back to USB sticks.
