Wierd. , Am with virgin. None of my subs will work4 of them . Even using vpn or phone as hotspot they won’t work . Using con they won’t work. If I use Smarters on iPhone sub works it’s Lebara on phone. So I figure had to be some kind of block from virgin but why vpn not work. But. Son is with some small broadband mob and his sub won’t work r ven with vpn. Son in law on holiday in Turkey had sky BB , his sub down. The winner is a pal in usa, he has same sub as all of us and he’s watching Chelsea game. So it has to be a block of sorts but why is nobody else affected ?

Thanks for replies , all sorted now. The issue was a ridiculous set of coincidences. Son in law reports his sub down. I checkmy 4 all down.
I eventually found his issue , his DNS wasnt working ,he uses his on a widows laptop. I tried a hacked version of tivimate that his supplier offers with the DNS built in and his sub worked fine. Mine was the mytvonline3 app on Z12. It had ran an update which corrupted the app, hence my subs wouldnt load even with a vpn . I installed tivimate on the Z12 and my subs were fine, which pointed the issue to the mytv app. Had to factory reset the box and its fine now.
