£500 budget and want an i7

hi all,

is it even possible to get a super dooper i7 with an awesome dvdripper, graphics card and gaming capability. any shopping list would be greatly appreciated.

So do you just need the processor, dvd drive and GPU? or do you need the whole rig? You should just be able to do it if its just the 3 things but maybe not for a whole rig, I'm making a shopping list now...

Full pc with i7 on that budget only if all other parts are cheap crap, your better off with i5 build

Here's a deal that fits you price - whether you want it with that little RAM, etc is a pay off you have to decide on:

palicomp. co.uk/cheap-pcs-from-a-229/intel-home/office-pcs/phoenix-i5-sphere/prod_307.html comes in at £370.

Click configure this PC and then pick the i7 CPU you want - top end they offer is the i7 3770K which puts the price to £495. That includes OS but you'll have to pick and choose what options you do / don't want and it only includes on board graphics.
