HI, ABM dowloaded the VM bouquets and they all work no problem, but when CrossEpg updates the bouquets are still there but the EPG is only partly populated, hope this makes sense.

Ok got you. Right well again go sit on a VM preview channel to do you for now, no point enabling any VM feeds in CrossEPG, then just go and search on here for 'EPGrefresh' and 'zap timer virgin EPG'.
 
Thanks, I've already done the VM preview channel thing and it populated the EPG no probs, I'll go and have a look for your suggestions.

Thanks everyone, the zap timer worked really well, what would I do without you all ;)
Just one more question, I am running Wooshbuild with Kiddacs Q skin, the Sky picons are working perfectly, is there any way I can have the Virgin picons as well ?

Hi, back again :bye: Well that's everything working perfectly on my box so no more flaffing about, good news Willo eh !!, anyway just one more thing I'm trying to do a complete backup of the box but the box isn't recognizing the front USB I'm not sure if it's because I have the cable tuner in there now, I just put the box into deep standby and swapped the USB's over but that didn't work, has anyone any ideas please.

Do a complete backup to HDD (red Button).
FTP to the box and copy the zgemma folder from /media/hdd/ to your pc.
Rename the noforce file in the h3 folder to force and then copy the whole zgemma folder to a usb stick.
You should be able to flash from this.
 
Thanks Willo, I actually managed to do that :hurray: I must be getting better at following orders !! so no more messing with the box, I'm very happy with it now.

One more question, should I delete the backup from the HDD I'm not sure what space it takes up although it's a 1TB so it would maybe be ok.

No leave it on that way if you want to reflash and can still go through the menus you can reflash the backup you made on hdd
