3rd party added profile to firestick.

Went to family members for Christmas, showed me a firestick ide set up a while ago. It now has a new profile, they have not added. Ime the only one with user and pass details. Stick is not officially registered to a genuine account. It is still registered to the bongo account in settings. Firestick has never left the property and nobody else has access to it. Also last watched is not there viewing preference. HOW

if a child has not added that profile then its obviously been hacked and sold .
i've had a few Free accounts hacked and sold especially if pass is a weak and vulnerable one and without 2FA like 99.99% of Free accounts .
set up Two-Step Verification its very easy to do ...remove and delete the extra profile and check back in a few weeks see if any new profiles exist
selling amazon logins is very common which is why it's always best to add that extra security layer .

Factory reset it and create a new bogus account for Amazon. Setup from scratch again to be safe.
