Right so i started with Glary utilities 5 on a W10 pc to see why it was getting sluggish,68 reg items and other things so might give it a burn and see what happens.
There is also a free updater on website and grabbed that also.

Finished cleaning and starting up firefox was much faster

Had to watch this to see what I've got installed... only one progam, got Ccleaner Pro. Dam!

i still use ccleaner (portable) ,the issues they mention have long been sorted and its easy enough too untick a box and avoid avast being installed.

Knew about utorrent but been too lazy to uninstall it lol.

The one he mentioned is a good one tbh

The easiest way would just be to un-install windoze, problem solved, lol
