A bit of info please regarding aj,s file

can i just ask after downloading aj,s august channel list and i have unzipped it, there is now a little white box with a little bit of blue in the middle of it (looks like a note of paper) is now in my documents before i try it and maybe wreck my box, i just wanted to ask is this what i cut and paste onto my usb and then put it in my f3 box, id just like to no if what ive described sounds ok so far as dont want to put it on untill some 1 who knows more than me just to say if it is ok or not the file is called 1ST AUGUST FULL HD ORDERED TP_PROG.DBS UPDATE FILE
sorry about cap, i just would like to no if this is right before i put it on thanks in advance

Sounds about right.

The ones I have loaded are just called TP_PROG.DBS

If it doesn't go in maybe just rename it to what I have put above.
