Right so I understand that XBMC players are streaming channels... but is the quality actually any good? As in what is it like in comparison to an Openbox etc.? Is audio really out of sync? Are football matches as poor as they show up on a steam through a PC/Laptop?

Just trying to work out the best option for myself!
