A strange affair re 1 channel that stopped working

yes mine too all that is correct but when you move up or down you get for a few seconds a sub menu below the channel info and mgcamd shows on the lhs and following along there are several boxes one is ND on working channels Mgcamd is shown and th ND is green. On my H2 the Mgcamd does not show and the Nd is red
Therefore this channel is switched off to the cam. Now how to fix that is the issue

I have the same problem with BT Sport Europe HD showing scrambled but box in bedroom with same line and channel list shows it.Weird
 
Have you tried running the line through the CCcam.client section of the menu
rather than using MG Cam ?
 
PROBLEM SOLVED

It is an internal fault in the box. A brand new box set up same and running same line works. There appears to be a secret menu to switch off certain channels but nobody knows how to switch them back on. It appears that the cat sat an the remote and caused this.
Only cure at this moment in time was the new box
