AB Pulse 4K brightness flickering issue with LG Oled TV

Hello all - currently having an issue between my AB Pulse 4K box, and my LG C5 tv which hoping someone far more technical than me may recognise.

Issue is, and see attached video but mainly in darker scenes like a night football match, the picture keeps dimming and then rebrightening up, like a flicker as if there is some sort of auto dim feature turned on, even though the below settings are all turned off:

If anyone is familiar with LG settings, I'm currently in filmaker mode, and the below settings are all turned off in the clarity menu:
Super resolution, Noise resolution, MPEG noise resolution, Smooth gradation, True motion, Power save

In the Brightness menu I have the auto dynamic contrast, dynamic tone mapping, expression enhancer turned off,

Not an issue I have had previously with Sky Q, and when this has happened I've changed to my firestick and the same stream is perfect no issue

Any advice would be appreciated as I'm not really sure what to adjust, I've attached the video the settings on the AB pulse in the menu that may need adjusting?

I have also tried a different HDMI cable but no change.

Thanks

There is no video attached, you inserted in the middle of the word, "I've" for some reason

Possible it could be HDR kicking in ..
Have you checked if thats showing as active ..it usually messes with brightness..menu u posted shows auto try turning off assuming ur content is non HDR anyway

Just a standard 1080P Sky Sports channel I was watching last night and an Ifollow channel previously, happened on ITV1 too earlier, when the HDR kicks in I get a HDR symbol on the top right of the tv

The LG has auto dim feature enabled and it's not a user selectable option to disable it.

It can be done via the engineers menu, which requires some work to get into and "could" invalidate the warranty if you were to do so.

I have disabled it on both of my older LG Oled tv's without any issues.

I am not sure of the exact process of getting into the C5 engineers menu as my CX it was very simple using a custom remote, the CS that I have was originally exactly the same but later on they updated the menu and remove 3/4 of the options, so then had to use the PC to first unlock the full engineers menu and then I could see the options again.

Google is your friend for this.

iirc it's TPC and GSR that both need to be disabled.

I have had three LG Oled TV’s and have not had the issue you are having tbh.
I never had to disable the auto dimming on any of them but it does void the warranty.
It’s likely something to do with the hardware you are using with the tv.
Unless you have the same issue with other hardware.
Auto dimming is mainly for static images or prolonged bright scenes to reduce burn in and overheating.
C5 is known to have issues in game mode with auto dimming and reports of issues in vivid and sports mode with auto dimming.
I use filmmaker mode and never had issues with HDR or DV.
You are only viewing SDR content in filmmaker which shouldn’t cause issues tbh.

Only Hardware I am using is a firecube with no issues, and this AB pulse box, which prior to that was a Sky Q box, other than that its just the usual iplayer / itv player & youtube via the TV.

Which I can only assume there is an issue with the AB box.

I've read about the auto dim via engineers menu, but no chance I'm up for that with potential warranty issues.

Tried 1080P only in the last hour amongst a few other things and no change regardless, only other thing I can think of is disabling the HDMI CEC option, and powering off at the wall to reset the handshake, but not sure how either would contribute to this issue to be honest.
