What about using autobouqetesmarker with the sat_282_sky_uk_CustomMix.xml for the channel numbers then you can hide the bouquets you want. If you want the hd channels first I can show you how to add it in the custommix.xml

sure il try this way to see if it works and il come back to you in a few days if it goes all wrong
 
The one in the other thread you will need to use channel swap to no I'm just testing the manual swap

the one in post 34 will give you the correct channel numbers using swap to yes

Will the channel number part of ABM with the custom.xml work with OpenATV though? If I could move away from AB E2 I reluctantly would as I could then be run on the H2H as standard (without your magic one EPG). Or will it still only work on vix? OMG I said it!
 
It should work on both openatv and vix that was my idea if I can get it to show channel numbers for vm and sky in the same bouquet then I would move to atv.

Well it seems to have worked to so far
box was left to do its thing as normal and everything is as I had left it
should test longer

also I tried moving ABM to my sd card.
that some what worked

when I came home from work to check updates I had a ABM update. I did it and uninstalled ABM and it's still running it from sd card. So I'm happy I will write how to do it if anyone wants to do the same

only thing is I can't get the adult. Don't want it mind. But just letting you know of problems. That might be a deal breaker for some.

but I have no idea which one that was. Any help

ok on openatv only do a software update to ensure your using the latest abm files then ftp the sat_282_sky_uk_CustomMix.xml file from here View attachment numbers (1).zip to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker/custom

for vix user ftp the pyo files to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker/scanner
and ftp the xml file to custom

once done scan abm sorry boobisahbang i was using taptalk and thought it was someone else

Cheers dsayers i'll give it a whirl tonight, so the pyo files are standard now in the latest ABM update? (using OpenATV) i take it i can edit the CustomMix file to remove the - between number and channel name?

im waiting for a reply to see if the files have been updated to github but at the same time the files were posted on the forum i was watching the same name py files were uploaded. it looks like an ota update will do because ive just tested it on atv pressed update added the xml file and it worked with my vix image i had to replace the files because i had a vix error reboot.

i havent looked at removing the - you could give it a try the worst it willl do is not read the custommix and not display the channel numbers ill ask Huevos if its possible

Ok works a treat on atv, but i noticed a few things wrong in the swaps. 134 should be S4C HD and 280 regular s4c but it doesnt seem to be reading my added line in the sat_282_sky_uk.xml file to do the swap.

I dont know what im doing wrong as ive used abm in the past and know how to do swaps - and its really bugging me now
 
That must be an issue with your swapfile not the custom.xml

Upload your sat_282_sky_uk.xm file
