Acer NVIDIA Ion 2 Devices Coming Soon
Since we first heard about NVIDIA’s Ion 2 platform we have been looking forward to seeing Ion 2-based devices, it now seems likely that Acer will be releasing a range of devices in January 2010.
Reports suggest that Acer plan to use NVIDIA’S Ion 2 graphics chipset for their future netbooks and nettops, from what we can see the graphics chipset will accompany processors such as the Intel Atom N450, N470, D510 and D410.
Th information available to us points towards a release date of around January 11th 2010, however this is not yet confirmed.
Ion 2 devices should not only offer better graphical performance but they should also be more efficient too, for more information check out SlashGear
