Got a new server recently was superb for 1month then constant freezing now on even premium sky channels supply says it's at.my end but tried line at a differnt adress and still same. Then find.out my supplier who assured me its his server is asking for cable.lines and asking why.his.line is glitching . I think he hasn't been honest with me but wont offer any kind of partial refund. What do I do. Plus this sever is a more expensive 1. Thanks
 
I suppose you have done all the checks, re boot box , router, restarted cam/s, maybe even try a test line, then you will have a better idea, also did you get the line from on here .
 
Best bet is to try and get it resolved with the provider, if he dosent play ball then contact one of the mods and see if anything can be done.
 
Well you should seek some advice from one of the mods, if he wont give you a refund or at least partial refund.
