Hi guys, friend of mine just phoned me saying all his channels are black? He's restarted cam and his line is fine, he's checked his internet connection and is fine, and also rebooted his box twice.
What is strange is he boots the box up and it has the wooshbuild pic and then allows you to flick through the channels and menus etc " but the wooshbuild screen is still there"
I've never Seen this, it's like the box isn't fully booting up? Any help much appreciated before I have to reflash his box . H2s running wb5
