im going too get a 1 month acount for all my friends and family and just wait for him too get back from holiday and see how it goes as i must say he was always a top bloke with me aswell and the service was always excellent aswell

dont see whats funny ven .... alot have lost out big time .... ive lost nearly 20 acounts that ive had too re-buy (at my expense) for people ive set boxs up for as they dont understand anything about servers going offline ect .... so yes its good for you that yours was nearly done but alot will be out of pocket and lets hope somthing gets sorted

Well you shouldn't be selling boxes without explaining how they work.

and I'm sure you made enough off them to set up another server but thats the price you are paying for selling cloned sky.

i didnt make a penny as they where for friends and family, i tryd too explain the situation with them but people get very paranoid when there not getting what they payd for .... like i say alot are not computer literate and they dont understand when you tell them the servers have issues ect

yes they really are friends and family .... after paying 5 days ago for acounts they wasnt impressed and as i like too be the best way i can be too them as it was me who told them all about how good they where in the first place ... so what you say is true but you also have too see if from there point of view :)

remember folks things can happen at the wrong time and in this case i would be getting a tide me over line say a month as that gets people up and running again,hopefully when back from holidays all losers may be compensated? with 1 month extra viewing maybe.
when you lot go on holidays do you bring your phones and laptops with you,is the area that he is in have coverage?

best thing to do tell non techs is to say they work off a service that does not usually breakdown,even sky breaks down.

I use this guy and mine has come back online after a few days of it being offline, has anyone else got theirs working? Just switched my VU+ back on to ftp a test line on and it was working?

You're not on the same server mate. I have tried to ping it and it's still down.

Hi guys i got this yesterday when i emailed him

Hi guys, we have had a major problem the location where all servers were was raided, we lost our equipment, thankfully no one was there. as you may all know im now on holiday and this was just the worst time for this to happen, i now cant do anything till i get home which is the27th july, i am now going have to get a new setup which i have friends going to be doing this while im away, as you can guess there is many lines down and its going to take time for me to get through these, this has been our first major set back and many of you will know this that has been with me for a while, i will try my best to get through you all when i return and again i can only apologies for the inconvenience caused.
