Have you checked for outside issues in your area,softcam needing a restart,network test?

Mine also all gone.. haven't even got BBC1 Hd :: suspect a fault at VM end

Just got the basic 5 Sd channels :: and Estuary !!

Have you checked with your provider? or made sure your softcam is running.

Every thing was working just fine earlier on (was watching Blood Diamonds on Sky) - then everything froze. restarted softcam - nothing

That's entirely possible, but with others reporting problems, I suspect it is VM messing

there are only a few users saying they have lost everythng, if all channels had gone for a lot of people then there would be far more posts about it, if a provider from here has gone down then you would get a few posting
