All VM channels showing " no longer available, press I"

Hi my VM channels which show what is on just say " no longer available, press I" ?

'channels which show what is on' sorry I'm not sure I follow what channels you are referring to can you give more details ie:

what box?
what build?
what channels are not working?

It' a zgemma h2h and all of them, this morning I was getting the audio description problem

I believe it's the biohead one

I suspect your box needs to be reflashed with a more upto date image. There have been lots of changes over the past few months including the audio description issue which was fixed on most upto date builds a while ago

The "i" description should only be on Sky Sport HD channels too

Okay like I say it might be the woosh build. Any reason why this would happen ? Such as problem with the epg or something?.

I was only having the audio description problem this morning so I did this
Menu Button > Setup > Audio > Auto language selection

Within this screen you should set the following settings:
Audio language selection 1 > English
Prefer AC3 track > Yes
Prefer AC3+ Track > Yes
Prefer audio track stored by service > No

Press green button to save. After that I then got the error message which I attached just
